A transient ridge of high pressure will bring settled winter weather. In South Tyrol, northerly föhn conditions will temporarily develop.

Weather today:

Clouds will prevail in the sky, with longer sunny spells in the south. Very light snowfall is possible on the border ridge.

Maximum temperatures between -1° and +5°.

Weather tomorrow:

Light snowfall along the main Alpine ridge will ease during the morning hours. Thereafter, clouds will break up with gusty northerly winds, leading to widespread sunshine.

Minimum temperatures will range between −4 °C and −15 °C. In the afternoon, maximum temperatures will reach −3° in the upper Puster Valley and up to +8° in the southern valleys.

Mountain weather today:

In the north, the sky will be very cloudy with light snowfall at times on the border ridge. In the southern mountain ranges, especially in the Dolomites, there will be some sunny spells.

Mountain weather tomorrow:

Along the mountains of the main Alpine ridge, light snowfall will ease during the early morning. Thereafter, conditions will become increasingly sunny. In the southern mountain groups, sunshine will prevail from the outset. In exposed areas, a cold and strong northerly wind will be blowing.
